Does not update on 3rd party Ajax call

I'm using Jet Smart Filters to filter some products in WooCommerce. At first both plugins work great together. I can select a filter and Infinite scroll still works, but as soon as I remove that filter it goes back to the default WooCommerce pagination.

I guess it's not detecting the Ajax call from Jet Smart Filters. Too bad, it would be an amazing combo.

A coffee is definitely in order if you can fix this one. ;)
