Feature Description
In the future we plan to add a graphical tool to specify more complex relation ships between submission folders.
For each folder internal comparisons can be en-/disabled and the same with comparisons across the groups.
We elect to do this graphical and not on the cli as this would be much more complex to implement naivly textbased and also would be harder to use
This will be part of a larger rework of a new input UI
