Add 'Favorite' icon variants to support 'Rating' component

• A new 'Favorite' icon variant is needed to support 'current' selection affordance.
• A new 'half increment' favorite icon is needed, part way between the existing solid and outline icons to allow for half values to be captured and communicated.

Task 1:

Change selection + display ‘current selection’ affordance

Story 1:

• Given that the user has already selected a rating (e.g., 4 stars)

• When the user hovers on a different icon (e.g., the second icon)

• Then the first and second icons are highlighted and the third and forth icons are displayed in a ‘current selection’ state so that they are visual different from other stars.

Task 2:

Read-only state: Half increment

Story 2:

• Given that the rating component is set to read-only mode and displays ratings in half-star increments
• When the average rating value is 3.5

• Then three full icons and one half icon are highlighted, and the user cannot interact with or change the rating

I have created proposed icons for the two new icons as requested by @bhoppers2008 - I have also provided minor suggestions for improvements to the two existing icons. All 4 have been sent to @bhoppers2008 for review. Once approved I'll add them into the Salt DS Assets library.

@joshwooding could you suggest the best naming for the two new icons? LLM has suggested:

The new variant with a thicker outline.

The new and updated icons have been merged in Figma and are ready to publish. @joshwooding these are ready to export and add into code when you or someone else is able to help. We'll need to make sure the synonyms are also updated.
