Add start adornment to Combo Box and Date Input

Description

Currently, only Primary Combo Box has a layer for a start adornment accompanied by a "Show Swap" boolean prop. Confirmed with Tech that Combo Box supports a Start adornment. Align design with code and potentially provide Site Docs and Storybook examples.

Date Input in Figma also does not have a start adornment, but confirmed, it it supported in code. Align design with code and potentially provide Site Docs and Storybook examples.

Steps to reproduce

Primary Combo Box component has a "Show Swap" boolean prop, while other Combo Box variants do not.

Expected behavior

Confirm that Date Input should support a start adornment like Dropdown. Previously decided that there was no use-case for a left adornment when Date Input was first created, but if code supports this, then consider aligning design with code.
