feat(): test entire index

I was wondering if there is a performant way to test all collisions in the index instead of looping one by one against all remaining nodes (n! times)
I am not familiar with SAT but I can imagine that if the entire index is iterated over in order to create the separating axis it should reduce overhead.

I imagine a method receiving an array of entities and returning all collisions between them.

I'm not sure what you mean by "entire index" - this library works by running a SAT-based collision test against two objects (usually polygons).

If you need to test all possible collisions between a bunch of different objects you'll need to test each of them (it's not n!, but n^2) - There are cheaper tests you can do (e.g. just testing bounding boxes, or partitioning your objects into smaller groups based on where they are - e.g. using a grid, or quadtrees, etc.) before doing a more expensive test like SAT.
