Is this project maintained?

This project has had CI broken for quite a while. A number of PRs to fix this and other issues are unreviewed.

I'd prefer if we could find a way to expand the community of maintainers for this project in-place, instead of having to make a hard fork (whereby we'd probably have to at least rename this for PyPI). If we do end up needing to fork, perhaps Jazzband is the most reasonable place to take it.

@jschneier I would be happy to help with maintenance of this project, as I'm a regular user. I'd be happy to discuss guidelines for what my effort could be, if you're open to accepting additional help.

Besides jazzband, there is also django-commons now.
