Can't easily find old blog posts

I wanted to send a link to the post on finding women speakers, but I couldn't easily locate the post on the site -- I ended up just doing a Google search instead.

I can submit a pull request to fix this, but I'm not clear how to go about building the site to make sure I've done it right?

Install:

$ [sudo] gem install jekyll

Run:

$ cd /path/to/repo
$ jekyll --server --auto --safe

New Terminal:

$ open http://localhost:4000

Boom :)
