Add a section with the recored talks

I think it would be awesome to add a section with a gallery of the recored talks.

Specifications

• maybe have a grid kind of layout similar with the speakers list
• each cell should contain a thumbnail from the youtube video
• under the thumbnail there should a title with the speaker's name followed by the talk title
