fit to window

It would be nice for PDF display to fit the frame it is shown in. It could be manually done using doc-view-fit-page-to-window and perhaps should be done automatically.

I tried to fix this but without success. `doc-view-mode-hook works, but PDF is not ready when it is loaded. It is also unclear how to set this hook only for particular buffers, not globally. I guess somebody more knowledgable in emacs could try to solve this...
