500$ Stipend for Community Management Mentee

Dear TSC,

Since November, we have been running a Community Management Mentoring Program Pilot in which @Honyii has been contributing significantly to caring and nurturing the JSON Schema Community. Specifically, she has been focused on:

• Google Summer of Code.
• Onboarding new contributors.

Proposal

Even though we didn't agree on any specific stipend, I would like to ask the TSC for approval to provide her a 500$ stipend when the program ends in April.
