Feature to define a scoring logic to quantify the level of usage of JSON Schema in a certain project

Considering that the Ecosystem project goal is to capture insights from the ecosystem, it will be great to have a feature to score the level of JSON Schema usage in a certain repo through analysing the codebase.

The ideal use case is explore the dependant project of a certain JSON Schema tool, and rank the top 10 projects which number of users/stars + JSON Schema score. This way we can explore new use cases, adopters, sponsors and so on.

This can enable a lot of posibilities.
