Enhancement : add repo_url to landscape items

Description:
Currently, we are missing repo_url from our landscape items. Once we set up repo_url, we can fetch repository information in our landscape. This information can be used to create stats sections and will also add repository descriptions for those items. Not all of our adopters have a repository to add, so we need to fix this for those who do.

Below is an example of how it is going to work.
