Errors when installing the stacker in different operating systems

I used manticore.

I tried to deploy maipiler on RedOS and ubuntu, errors occurred, as I understood with manticore. Please tell me what the error could be.

After rolling back the version of manticore to 9.3.2, this error appeared

Another problem like on Ubuntu arose on Astralinux, rolling back Manticore to version 9 did not help.
