img-redundant-alt treats optional chaining variable name as string

For example, this attribute is being treated as if it contains the string "image": alt={image?.alt_text}.

It took me all day to track this one down and mostly because of the ECMA configs for RuleTester that we have squirreled away. I had to update that to ECMA 12 so that the optional chaining would parse (although not strictly necessary, I wanted to use your exact example in the next test case).

v3.3.3 of jsx-ast-utils has been published with the linked fix, so it's possible this is already fixed, but to close this issue, we'll want a PR with a passing test case.
