Can you please provide the code this is erroring on, and the versions of typescript, eslint, and the TS eslint parser you're using?

Typescript version is 5.7.2, we are using Biome 1.9.4 and this error is thrown from sonarqube analysis with a link to raise an issue here. I am trying to identify the code causing the issue
