Releases not up to date

The https://github.com/jtablesaw/tablesaw/releases does not contain the new version from https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/tech.tablesaw/tablesaw-core/0.44.1.

If possible, it would be nice to at least have a changelog at https://github.com/jtablesaw/tablesaw.
