Use case

As we have transitioned from user to tags ownership, we would need a way to list the preauthkeys based on tags.

Description

We need something like
headscale preauthkeys list --owner 'tag:tag1,tag:tag2'
to migrate our user-based code to tag-based.

Moved to #3364 (CLI redo) — the ask is the --owner/--tags CLI flag; needs a matching filter param on the v2 keys-list endpoint (#3363) as plumbing, not a separate deliverable.
