Make code length a member of contest object #65
Description
The short code max length is hardcoded as 256 or something. You heard me, hardcoded. My mother used to tell me never to hardcode numerical values as he tucked me in at night. It shall be a member of contest settable in the contest edit page along with the ini files etc.
