I know I did all the steps correctly but the option for the Scanline filter doesn't show in the filter setting.
Under View, there is the controller but I cannot interact with it.
my VLC is installed under Program Files x86 instead of Program Files, so I took the liberty to replace the destination for the install.bat
I get the installed successfully message but I still cannot see the Scanline filter in the Filter settings.
I'll try to install VLC in program files if that'll fix it.
