Code is not working with Julia version 1.1

I am trying to make this very useful tool work for the newest Julia version 1.1 but it appears that the mex is not compiling correctly. I am using a Windows 10 machine with Matlab 2018a.

I think the problem is with adaptations made on the paths used for Julia 1.1 which makes compilation not possible. Could you please help me on this?
