[Android] `DfuEventHandler` not functional in Version `7.0.0`

I'll try to provide some logs as soon as I can but just bringing this issue to your attention @juliansteenbakker so that maybe you could re-verify DfuEventHandler's logic and see if it works as intended.

For me, it is working perfectly fine on both iOS and macOS ✅ but not getting executed on Android only. Hence I've rolled back to v6.2.0 for now.

I am also seeing this on Android the Event Handler is not being called.

The bug exists both in using the new Event Handler or the deprecated methods

I also experience the same same issue on Android, similar as @RyanTempdrop neither the new event handler nor the deprecated ones gets triggered.

@simon-iversen I suggest downgrading back to 6.2

It seems like only DfuEventHandler.onDeviceConnected(), DfuEventHandler.onDfuProcessStarting(), DfuEventHandler.onEnablingDfuMode() and DfuEventHandler.onDeviceDisconnecting() are called. The remaining callbacks aren't.

Beside that, the Future returned by NordicDfu().startDfu() isn't completed.
