Ambiguous readme/documentation

Hi!

I think the readme could do well with some extra information.

E.g. it is not clear what is meant by this let g:cellmode_tmux_panenumber=\'0\'. Does this specify the pane number running vim or python? I assumed it specified the pane containing vim because consoles are generally below or to the right of the editors.

Second, I didn't get it working until using TMPDIR=$HOME/tmp vim which was described in an issue. Maybe put this into the readme?

Note: I can submit 2 or 3 suggested modifications to the readme, if that would make it easier for you.

Anyway, amazing plugin. Thx.
