Repository not found.

When I run the command to install I get the following error on my MacBook.
Error:

remote: The project you were looking for could not be found.
fatal: repository 'https://gitlab.com/Julioocz/instagram_uploader.git/' not found
Command "git clone -q https://gitlab.com/Julioocz/instagram_uploader /private/var/folders/ld/yv6jjy9d2tz90ggkcfbvp29r0000gn/T/pip-MDSP02-build" failed with error code 128 in None

Any workarounds?
