Disable files download tabs until user clicks when colouring by mutation #61
Description
When a user chooses a mutation/sequence to colour by, the download files panel should not update, instead it should be disabled and show nothing until a node is clicked on.
Can probably be done with an observeEvent() that updates the input to set it to NULL.
