Toolbar preview button not enabled

Hii everybody, i am use maestro version 6.0.0.473 (6.0m11).  Tool bar _"**Preview**"_ button not enabled. I opened different file(MapDefination, LayerDefination vb.) but _"Preview"_ button not enabled. 

Please help me. Thanks.
