Create update migration by comparing two environments

Would be great if the "migration fetch" command would support a base environment with which entities are compared and then generate create or update migrations, depending on the differences.

There is a feature request in the Contentful repository: contentful/contentful-cli#1007
Probably we should wait for the CLI to implement this feature first, or start with a PR in that repository.
