Add feature to add data to OpenTestReportGeneratingListener-generated events

The new Open Test Reporting format looks great, though I have need of adding additional data to the events generated by OpenTestReportGeneratingListener (as well as adding some of my own events). It would be mighty handy to be able to do this cleanly through JUnit instead of writing a hacky workaround.
