Add a one-page keep/cut chooser for repo shape #7

What are you seeing?

The repo is in a better place now that there’s a real minimal-copy example and a fuller basic adoption example.

What still feels missing is the fast decision layer between them.

As a user, I can see the pieces, but I still have to mentally map “solo utility”, “docs-only repo”, “tiny library”, or “project with no release routine yet” into which exact files I should keep, skip, or trim first.

A one-page chooser would probably solve that. Something like: repo shape → keep these files → skip these files → keep validation? yes/no → keep release checks? yes/no.

The examples stay useful, but a chooser like that would make the first pass feel less like reading the repo and more like selecting a profile.
