Windows 11 help

Hi,

I have been testing out this code and got to a point where it asks me to install distributions and I'm not sure which one to go with (please see attached screenshot).

I am using a Windows 11 computer, Anaconda, and have native bash shell enabled. Also, I am not a computer science major at all and have been self-teaching myself code so you may need to keep your reply as simple as possible for me to understand.

Hope someone out there is able to help!
