Proposal

We want to add support for "social icons" in the MyST Theme. At a glance, these social icons are a description of the communities to which a MyST Project belongs. This seems identical to motivation for the author social icons, which define the communities to which an author belongs.

We should extend the project config to re-use the social definitions, such that a theme component can consume this and render the known icons.
