Create a `myst-contrib` github organization

The MyST engine wants to lean into plugins and extensibility, which means we'd like many users to be playing around and hacking. Somebody may want to "donate" their project to a community-maintained space, but the core project maintainers may not want to offer the same degree of "support" or "maintenance" they do to the core infrastructure repositores (e.g. mystmd, myst-theme).

What if we created a myst-contrib GitHub organization, and encouraged users or contributors to donate their repositories to this "neutral" space if they wish. This would serve as:

• A "neutral" space where prototypes can be worked out and developed independent of the core project.
• A place to put stable things that an individual just doesn't want to be in charge of anymore
• A place to put early-stage prototypes we may want to move into mystmd one day or live in a more dedicated space, etc.
• A place to put some of the more free-form repositories in jupyter-book (e.g. maybe the "myst-plugins" repo?)

This is just an idea, not a formal proposal. I'm curious if folks would find this useful, and would appreciate any feedback!

We could also rename myst-templates --> myst-contrib?

As long as that wouldn't confuse the role that myst-templates plays, then I'd be +1! Do you think it would screw up the semantics of templates vs. "other random stuff people develop"?

Can always bring another org up - myst-templates is our current user generated space that we are promoting, so might make sense to bring them together? I don't have strong feelings here, and it is also something very easy to change later (merge, bring into another org, etc.) we have done that a few times (e.g myst-examples).
