Study-admin import-status view in jhe-admin

Context

Study administrators cannot see which patients have completed vs. have pending clinical-data imports. The jhe-admin SPA has no FhirSource or import-status view.

Proposed Fix

• Surface per-patient clinical-import status in jhe-admin (e.g. on the patient/study view): imported resource types and last import time, sourced from FhirSource / aux resources.
• Follow existing jhe-admin list/detail patterns.

Acceptance Criteria

• An admin can see, per study participant, whether clinical data was imported and what.
• Manual: import for one patient, confirm the admin view reflects it and shows others as pending.

Out of Scope

Sending invitations (already exists); audit-log persistence (separate issue).
