Conference season preparation

In a few months there will be PyCons and PyDatas happening. They often have tutorials connected to the conferences. I wouldn't be surprised if some tutorial hosts plan on using mybinder.org to get around the problem of everyone having to install stuff pre-workshop.

Do we want to plan ahead somehow for the "big" conferences? Some ideas:

• encourage people to not use mybinder.org
• add extra nodes/pre-pull images
• put up a banner on mybinder.org saying "if you plan to use this for a workshop at BigConf make sure you have a backup plan!"

Maybe binder isn't popular enough yet. Just seemed like the kind of thing where we might wake up one morning thinking "oh no!"
