As shown in the screenshot, trying to rename a Chat seems to either try to rename last chat used, or last chat you had renamed (in my case was the same, so not sure). Closing that other chat make rename find the remaing (one in my case) chat pane.
It needs to find the currently selected/focused Chat tab and act on it (assuming it is possible, not sure). Else should show a dropdown there with all chat tabs for user to pick which to rename
