Improve documentation for running alternative kernels

If I install both Wolfram Engine and the jupyterlab-desktop app. Can I add the Wolfram Language kernel for Jupyter notebooks to this desktop app? if so, how?

I decided to not use the Wolfram engine with JLD. I am using Sagemath with it now.
