View history per-file

The History tab currently only shows the history of the entire repo. If you want to view the history of a particular file in the repo, there is no way to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like

One solution would be copying VSCode's "Open Timeline" feature when right-clicking a file:

This seems to be already implemented by #980, where we are able to get the per-file history by -> right click on file -> git -> history ( open the history section ).

Maybe the history label could be made more specific, if this seems confusing? Also, it seems like this is not documented, so maybe adding documentation for this per-file history behaviour
