Stage to Push user flow

A novice Git user using the extension had issues realizing that they need to "Stage" and then "Push"

In the UI, it wasn’t immediately clear to a novice Git user like this customer that you need to “stage” changes and then “push”. 
o   Recommendation: A dismissible prompt for Git newbies about stage and push
