Dashboard Improvements for Vault Processor Configuration

1. There is currently no way to disable or deactivate a Vault Processor.
2. Hide PSP tokenization details in the dashboard.
3. Add an SDK type field when creating an External Vault Processor.

Since that feature is removed from the backend we need to remove the display from the dashboard as well
