[FEATURE] Blocklist support

Feature Description

As discussed in the Slack channel about expanding the Blocklist functionalities we would like to be added the following entries for Blocklist as currently there is only BIN :

• IP blacklist
• Email Blocklist
• BIN range Blocklist
• (Billing) Country Blocklist
• BIN Country Blocklist
• IP Country Blocklist
• UI support for the blocklist
• Whitelist options
• Automatic blocklisting functionality based on TC40/SAFE records to auto blocklist PAN, email, phone

Possible Implementation

• New entries for the endpoint
• New menu in UI in the dashboard for Blocklist

Would you be interested in submitting a PR to get started on implementing this feature?

Hello @Sumant-Reddy , thank you for your reply. Please kindly be advised that i will not have an opportunity to work on this feature and also unfortunately i do not have rights to assign it to you.
In any case i remain open for any questions and clarifications since we are very experienced in the high risk and know what we need for this feature.
