[FEATURE] redirection logging endpoints to be configurable

Feature Description

There is an error logger script which is injected during payment flows on client side for logging any error details. These logs are pushed onto a predefined endpoint, which are hardcoded in the script. These are needed to be made configurable via application's ENV
