Marquee is not showing up on iPhones

Hey, I found this weird bug where the Marquee is showing up correctly on all mobile devices except iPhones.
The weird thing is that it's actually happening on Chrome (so it doesn't seem to be specific to Safari).

Below I'm posting two videos of how it looks on iPhone (Chrome), then on Android (Chrome) and then on desktop emulating iPhone SE via devtools.
