Not working with python3.10.12

I ran the package with python 3.10.12, and got the following error.

I tried with python 3.8 also. Got the same issue.

There must be a problem with vizier as it’s timing out. This happens sometimes and the only solution is to wait until there isn’t a problem anymore, or to use ARIADNE offline by providing a dictionary with the magnitudes.
