MP Viewer crashes upon running

Hi,

I have downloaded MP viewer recently but couldn't run it because it crashes and says A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program

I am running Windows 10 x64bit. I have also tried in compatibility mode as well but in vain. Windows compatible troubleshooter suggests that MPviewer is incompatible.

same here. looks like a dependency is missing.
