Fix banner text placement to avoid foreground subjects

Moves the title/subtitle/tagline stack into the top-left quiet zone of both
banners, uses textbbox-driven layout for precise line gaps, and trims the
discovery strip to PyMOL / ChimeraX / AlphaFold / Rosetta so nothing clips
the lego scientist or the glowing molecule in the oil painting.
