Default Path Setting for all the project instead of just current one

Is there any way I can set some proto directory path to be included by default in all the projects, as some system default setting?

I have some proto directories that I want to be included in all my projects by default, but currently, each time I open a project first time, I have to include them manually.

Thanks for the request. This seems reasonable; I'll try to include it when I get around to rewriting the include system generally. Pretty swamped with my day job for the next month or so.
