[Feature]: add the copyright header automatically when we create a new file #344

We added copyrights to each file of the Java (Game) and Typescript (website) code.
If we create a new file, it does not add it automatically. We only get the error if we don't add this copyright when we try to push with Spotless.
😍 Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great, mainly with Intellj to add it automatically.
