Categories shown multiple times in backend and saving not possible for non backend admin users #546
Description
I have the following problem with sys catecories:
When a non admin user is logged in the backend, event categories are shown double (same uids), see screenshot:
Changing the selection of the categories on saving then works not as expected.
Selecting is possible, but unselecting not anymore.
If I'm logged in as admin, everything is fine - no double output, selecting and unselecting is working as expected.
