Inactive Events are show in search result of indexed search

I'm running the crawler extension via scheduler cronjob every night, but inactive events are still shown in search results of indexed search.
The links to this events leads to an 503 error "Given event could not be found in DayFactory".

How can I remove single indexed events manually from indexed search?
The aren't listed in view Indexing / Detailed Statistics unlike normal pages.
