Jupyterlab 3

Is there any plan to port this to Jupyterlab 3? Currently it is not working on 3.

Probably better to ask this on axelfahy/jupyterlab-vim , since this here hasn't been worked on since July 2019 and doesn't even work with Jupyterlab 2 (see also issues #113, #118 and PRs #115, #123).
