建议对PR开启squash merging

建议默认对PR采用squash merging 策略，这样能够让commit history更加简洁，忽略掉PR完善期间的历史让PR和commit 一一对应。

开启之后，红圈的历史记录将会合并成为一个：

如果某个PR 引入了BUG，我们可以直接revert对应的squahsed commit
